OBJECTIVES

Promoting the breeding of  parrots and parakeets in aviaries.
Establishing contact between members and other breeders to facilitate the creation of new breeding pairs.
To create and maintain stud books, and to keep track of breeding results.
To inform our members on how other breeders, local or international, house, feed, breed their birds.
The provision of closed footrings to our members for their own-bred birds.
A monthly recurring section "Offer and demand" in our magazine Parkieten-Revue, but now also on the "net" through this website.  Right now , the section is open to everyone, but over time it will be limited to BPS members.
B.P.S.supports organizations such as: World Parrot Trust and Loro Parc Foundation.(Tenerife) 
Parrots, people want to dispose of, can be given in the care of the B.P.S. refuge. (Tel & Fax 014-65.94.85.)  Sent an E-Mail to BVP Opvangcentrum.
